If your a fan on Zin-based Red Blends like The Prisoner have we got a treat for you! We teamed up with our winemaker friend Patrick McNeil to create this delicious red only available here!
Tasting Notes: Dark fruit followed by lighter notes of rhubarb and red fruits. Tobacco, pie crust, and a very slight fruit roll-up character. Nice depth and richness. Higher acidity levels balance nicely with the natural richness of Petite Sirah. Tannins are well integrated and contribute a seamless texture to the wine.
The blend is 75% Zinfandel, 30% Syrah, 14% Grenache, the grapes were sourced from several top select vineyards in Calistoga and St. Helena. Fermented in stainless steel and small open top bins. The fruit was hand sorted and de-stemmed, followed by a 3 day cold soak with one pump over per day. Pressed off the skins at 6 degrees Brix; aged for 18 months in neutral French oak. Enjoy!

Our ability to respond to expedited requests depends on the particular wines’ availability. We work with many small-production wines which, if not in stock may need to be acquired direct from the winery and may not be available for shipping for several days after your order is placed.

Local Pick-Up
Free local pick-up is available at our SOMA warehouse. This is not a retail location and is only available for local pick-up orders. Once your order has processed, and is ready for pickup, you will receive a follow-up email containing our address with directions for pick up.
