Needing air to show at its best, it's full-bodied and concentrated, with a broad, layered mouthfeel, a beautiful sense of freshness, ripe tannins, and a great finish. This classic, complex, incredibly compelling Santa Barbara County Syrah has tons to love and a singular character. Hide bottles for just 2-3 years if you can and enjoy over the following 10-15 years."
